THE APARTMENT

High living on the 34th floor. Spacious 1BR with living /dining space. The view from the apartment is spectacular! Northwest views along the East River. It changes all the time. You can see for miles on a clear day and always have a view of Manhattan, Roosevelt Island, the Queensboro Bridge and some of Queens as well. At night it is like a twinkling fairyland. Stainless steel modern appliances. The open kitchen is great for staying in the conversation with your dinner guests. Large closets in the bedroom and the entrance.

THE BUILDING

Amenities: 24-hour concierge. On-site parking garage. Wi-Fi. Resident lounge. Sun deck. Dog-friendly with an on-site dog run. There is also a great TV and pool room with a kitchen for parties and an awesome deck with barbecue grills. The building service is excellent. A responsive staff who are helpful and resolve any issues very quickly. The building is always clean and very well-maintained. There’s also a laundry room on every floor (extremely convenient). Great building for dog lovers with an on-site dog run. A 24-hour gym, “beach” volleyball court, and access to physical trainers. Tennis players will love the two courts and can avoid the crowded public city courts.
Complimentary shuttle service during morning and evening rush hours to the 7 train. One stop away and minutes from Manhattan.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This neighborhood is also extremely culturally and artistically vibrant: MOMA, art studios, music, and excellent restaurants up and down Vernon Blvd. This building is right next to the famous LIC flea market, which runs eight months of the year. There is also a kayak launch right off the flea market which is located on the Anabal Boat basin.
We are also on the waterfront, which is spectacular! The park along side it is wonderful and is a great feature of the neighborhood. There are children’s parks, the ferry to Manhattan, the brand new public library, and the famous landmarked “Pepsi-Cola” sign. The park is well-used by all the neighborhood residents for picnics, weddings, or just a stroll.
